This is an altered copy of Batman issue #13. I have taken the jagged lightning bolt and accented it with two tones of holographic vinyl, and I have also replaced the UPC code with Frank Miller’s name
A “Card of Authenticity” comes with this book and has hand written details including the number #435 which corresponds to the master list of all books I’ve created.
